Stacy McNeiland is a known authority in strategic planning and organizational management. Recently, she has again proven herself worthy of this recognition by successfully increasing the number of student enrollees in the University of Central Oklahoma. UCO has seen a growth of the university’s enrollment turnout. It grew by over 305, which is primarily thanks to the excellent leadership skills of Stacy McNeiland, who holds the Executive Director position for Community Outreach.

Her recruitment skills were definitely put to a test during the enrollment campaign. At the end of the day, it was one of her brilliant programs—the state-wide recruitment caravan—that reeled the enrollees into the institution.

Since last year, she is the person handling the activities of the Community Outreach and Special Projects Department. One of her biggest successes in this department was to successfully convince 1,500 UCO alumni to sign up for the alumni association with her program called “Central Students Today, Alumni Forever”. The association saw a lot of beneficial changes and not the least of which was the budget increase which went up to over one million dollars, all thanks to Stacy McNeiland.
